Averixa Health Science
Cookie Information
Requested preferences and administration
The public site saves a selected color theme in the first-party averixa-theme cookie for up to 180 days. Without a saved selection, System follows your device color preference. The administration area uses an authentication session of up to two hours and an interface-language preference saved for up to one year. Theme, language and time-zone preferences can also be saved in the administrator’s account.
Optional website measurement
When approved measurement is available and no choice is saved for the current policy, a notice appears at the bottom of the page. Accept and reject are equally available. Use Cookie preferences on this Cookies page to view or change your choice later. When measurement is off, the preference panel explains that there is nothing optional to enable. Declining optional measurement does not prevent access to product information, documents, the 3D viewer or the Contact form.
Open pages recheck measurement availability on navigation, when you return to the tab, and every 30 seconds while visible. A status failure closes optional measurement. Necessary features and these information pages remain available.
A versioned averixa-measurement choice lasts up to seven days, independently of event retention. The policy described here uses no browser or session identifiers. Under a separate time-limited policy that permits identifiers, permission may allow random identifiers in averixa-measurement-identifiers-v1 local storage. Their validity is limited to seven days, with a session reset after 30 minutes of inactivity. Local storage has no automatic expiry: the running page removes optional identifiers when it detects inactive or unavailable measurement, a changed policy version, a missing or refused choice, or privacy signals. An inactive browser cannot be cleaned remotely.
The policy described here gives new detailed events no automatic expiry: they remain until an authorized administrator deletes them. A monthly owner review of continuing necessity is proposed, with deletion when the business purpose no longer needs the records or applicable privacy rights require it. No automated monthly review is claimed. Earlier time-limited records keep their original expiry. Missing direct identifiers does not establish anonymity. Backups have a separate lifecycle.
Declining removes measurement identifiers and stops browser event submission; it does not automatically delete existing events. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also suppress optional collection and clear the measurement choice when detected. Turning measurement off does not extend existing expiry dates. No advertising scripts are bundled.
If the approved policy includes historical totals, completed UTC months also have a separate site-wide summary with no scheduled expiry until administrator deletion. Small counts are withheld and other counts use bands of ten. These summaries do not contain visitor or session details and do not need additional browser storage. Turning measurement off leaves existing monthly summaries intact.
Form verification
Cloudflare Turnstile loads a verification script and frame when an available Contact form requests verification. It processes technical browser and connection signals to protect the form from automated abuse. This is separate from optional measurement. Cloudflare network protection may also present security checks. Provider cookies and storage depend on the security feature and challenge used; they are distinct from the first-party optional measurement choice.
