Averixa Health Science
Averixa Health Science, LLC is based in Delaware, United States, at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901. The founder handles business inquiries and privacy requests.
General inquiries and quotations: info@averixahealthscience.com. Privacy requests: privacy@averixahealthscience.com.
The Contact form asks for your name, surname, email address, inquiry purpose, message and acknowledgment of this notice. Organization, phone number, state and city are optional. This information supports product, document and quotation requests from organizations in the United States, related correspondence and relevant business records.
Please do not include patient information, medical records, or other sensitive health information in this form. There is no online purchase, payment, membership or patient portal. The form is not an emergency service.
An accepted inquiry is stored in the website database before receipt is confirmed. A separate notification process sends the submitted contact details and message through Resend to info@averixahealthscience.com, with your email address as Reply-To. The founder continues correspondence through the existing Gmail inbox. A website receipt or sending-provider acceptance does not prove delivery to the inbox.
The website’s configured services include Neon for database records, Railway for hosting, Cloudflare for network services, Turnstile form verification and Cloudflare R2 for file storage. The Contact form does not accept file attachments. Service providers process information needed to operate their services. Infrastructure and support may process information in countries other than your own; the configured Neon database region is Frankfurt, Germany.
The application validates form data, limits requests and checks submission origin and verification results. Rate limiting uses a keyed representation of the network address. Inquiry outcome logs contain request references and error codes, rather than the submitted message. Service-provider logs and backups are separate records.
Theme and administrative preferences may be saved. Optional website measurement is disabled unless an approved policy and your separate choice permit collection. No advertising tracker is bundled. See the Cookies and Preferences page for browser storage and verification details.
When enabled, optional measurement helps us compare the usefulness of product information and website features over time through page and product views, selected links, 3D viewer starts, document downloads and accepted inquiries. Events contain the permitted page or product category, event time, broad screen and referral categories, the measurement policy version and a random event reference for duplicate prevention. The policy described here uses no browser or session identifiers, visitor profiles or unique/returning visitor estimates. Form messages, contact details and raw IP addresses are not stored in measurement events. Missing direct identifiers does not establish anonymity; event details may remain linkable to other records. Operational security records and service-provider logs are separate.
We collect these events only after your separate permission for the current policy. A notice at the bottom of the page offers equally available accept and reject choices when measurement is available. Cookie preferences on the Cookies page lets you view the current status and decline or withdraw permission later. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress collection. Administrator activity and private previews are excluded. Turning measurement off stops new collection; it does not extend the retention of previously collected events.
The retention setting is shown with the measurement choice when collection is available. Under the policy described here, new detailed events have no automatic expiry and remain until an authorized administrator deletes them. The proposed owner procedure is a monthly review of whether the details remain necessary to compare product and website usefulness, with deletion when that need ends or applicable privacy rights require deletion. This is a human procedure; no automated monthly review is claimed. A manual-deletion setting does not justify retaining personal data without a continuing need.
Earlier time-limited events keep their original expiry and are excluded from reports when expired; physical deletion depends on the retention process running. Changing the policy or turning measurement off does not extend those deadlines. The choice cookie lasts up to seven days independently of event retention. Withdrawing permission stops new browser events and does not automatically delete existing records. Backups have a separate lifecycle. These settings do not set the retention of Contact messages, sales records, complaints or device safety reports.
If the approved policy enables historical totals, consented events also contribute to six site-wide activity counters for the UTC calendar month. After the month and its late-arrival window close, the retention process converts those counters into fixed summaries: values from one to nine are withheld and larger values are grouped into bands of ten. These are event counts, not numbers of people. The archive contains no visitor or session identifiers, individual event times, page, product, device or referral breakdowns.
These monthly summaries help compare overall website activity over time. They have no scheduled expiry and remain until an authorized administrator deletes a month. They are also included in the proposed monthly necessity review. We do not use them to identify visitors, reconstruct individual browsing activity or combine them with customer records. Count bands reduce detail but do not certify anonymity. Turning measurement or the archive option off stops new contributions but does not delete existing summaries. Deleting a summary does not erase separate detailed records or backup copies. Existing events are not retroactively imported into the archive.
We keep information only while needed for the relevant inquiry, quotation, ongoing business relationship or an identified recordkeeping obligation. An ongoing relationship does not justify retaining every message or duplicate indefinitely. The founder has approved a needs-based human review procedure; no fixed inquiry deletion period or automatic deletion has been activated.
Under this procedure, ordinary inquiries are to be reviewed when their business purpose ends or they become inactive. Information with no continuing need or applicable retention obligation is to be identified for deletion or minimization. Accepted quotations, contracts, orders, invoices and delivery records require separate assessment. Product complaints and device safety reports also require separate review before disposal, including any applicable investigation, reporting or recordkeeping duties.
Website records, Gmail messages and attachments, exports, provider records and backups may hold separate copies. Removing a website record does not remove every copy. Before deletion, relevant copies and obligations must be checked. Provider-managed logs and backup copies may remain subject to separate access and retention controls; we do not promise immediate or simultaneous erasure from all systems.
Contact privacy@averixahealthscience.com to make a privacy request. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Requests may require proportionate identity verification and consideration of applicable recordkeeping obligations. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information with a request.
