Product information help

Find your way around the product range and its documentation.

How do I choose a product family?

Compare Medblue ONE, One Finger, 8, 10 and 12. Review the model code, test-head configuration and applicable product documents. One Finger (AS103) is separate from ONE (AS111).

Where can I find the model code?

Check the product label or packaging. Use that code to match the product with its specifications and current documentation.

Which models are pediatric?

AS170 is the 8-head pediatric model. AS172 is the 10-head pediatric model. Review the documentation for the specific model.

Where can I find a product document?

Open Documents and filter by product family, model code or document type. Documents are in English. If the document you need is not listed, contact us.

What information should I include in an inquiry?

Enter your name, surname, email and message, and select what you need. You may mention a product or document in your message. Please do not include patient information.

Where are sales inquiries available?

Sales inquiries are currently available for the United States. Start typing a state and city, then choose a suggestion or enter the full name. The quotation request uses the same form.

Is a 3D illustration a technical drawing?

No. An illustrative model helps show the general form. Geometry and dimensions are not verified. Use verified specifications and the manufacturer’s current product documentation for product details.

What does the FDA reference describe?

The regulatory reference identifies the Medblue device record and its listed model scope. It is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s model-specific documentation or a company registration record.

Can this website replace manufacturer documentation?

No. Refer to the manufacturer’s current documentation supplied for your model.
